Good Day Sir,Ma'am, Ka DUX,
This is just a suggestion po,can we have a gathering po ng ideas for those who are knowledgeable/interested sa different kinds of martial arts.either po with weapons or unarmed art of fighting.I think po this forum will be for us to share work out regiments, routines, moves tips etc.
any kind po of martial arts,or knowledge of fighting from wushu to bakbakan tondo style accepted po.
the knowledge learned here can be a benefit for us po, in promotion of good health,self defense,values and friendship po between alumni xe if possible we can hold tournaments like the fun run that was or maybe against other teams.and there will be categories like weight cat.,armed or un-armed.
currently po self studying ako ng tonfers during free time but my knowledge alone isn't enough,it will be good po if we will all share po.

tama sir,simulan na natin to,
lets start up by gathering members the more the merrier.
Sir intramurals can be a good way para mapraktis yung skills tapos eto po yung kelangan kapag mag held ng tourney.
Equipment needed:
Mattings
gloves
armour(optional)
shorts or dougi (uniform)
Canvas pa ako sir ng prices so update na lng po.
