A braod,branching,complicated,simple topic
Good day Sir, Ma'am, fellow Dux,
As I was browsing our forums i stumblled upon this One worded topic but what really caught me is the number of views and reply this single word topic has.
Respect a man on who he is not on what he has.-Kitsune Sword Knight
Acknowledge your subordinates on what he has attain, respect him on what he believes.- Anonymous
If a subordinate questions you, argues with you;do not despise him for he believes you could give a respectable answer.
Respect based on ranks are only good when your facing front.
Applause are given to what someone does, respect someone on why does.
I hope I'm making a point.

sorry admin pero griping na talaga ako eh...
when we we're still midshipmen, we even address janitors and security guards and even fsd personnel as sir/mam... or sabihin na natin sa lahat halos ng tao...
my "the who" kasi na talagang pinanggigigilan namin at talaga naman very brave pa na magreason out... iho hindi porque graduate ka na eh wala ng nakatingin sayo... you will forever be our junior... kahit pa maging presidente ka ng pilipinas... magisip-isip ka boi!!!
napakaendorsing na talaga... head up ka sakin pag makita kita in person...

medyo griping din ako sa "the who" na yan, di naman sa kinakampihan ko yung other party pero iba yung mabawasan ang respeto mo sa isang tao pag ginawan ka nya ng mali at iba din naman pag binastos mo na yung tao.. kilala pa naman kita, im dissapointed in you.. nabawasan respeto ko sayo.. sorry to bring up an old issue pero matagal ko na gusto mag vent ng sama ng loob, naalala ko lang nung aksidenteng mabuksan ko etong RESPECT post.. yun lang mga dux..

Good day to all Dux.
This goes both ways: up and down (both seniors and juniors). In a way we should strive for a horizontal Society where everyone is given due respect and courtesy. Unity-Guidance-Progress should always be our Passion and our North Star.
We are glad that our website is now self sustaining and generates a lot of ideas and creates a bridge for everyone.
