Good Day Mga dux napapansin madalas ang lipatan ng ating mga alumni sa ibat ibang company yung iba kaggraduate pa lng gusto na lumipat maganda siguro ipost natin dito mga reasons so that malaman ng lahat ng alumni so that maiadress din pls be professional in addressing your Problems(gripes etc.)

dear kuya almars'03,

kuya kaya po ako umalis sa dati kung company dahil pinapakuha pa kami ng training sa ricky reyes hair academy para sa pag gugupit.
hndi ko po kasi linya ang pag gugupit. showbiz po ang aking linya kaya narito na po ako sa celebruty cruise...

masaya naman po ako ngayon sa pagiging etchusira...

maraming salamat at more power sayong programa...

sir kasi sabi nga ni sir ropeta dalawang type lang ang dux, career wise o salary wise.

ako sir career wise po muna then salary wise na.. pero masmaganda na rin sir kung di na lilipat kasi masyadong hassle, kung ok naman po yung co'y tulad ng standy by pay, nasa time yung sweldo, may mga gatherings yung mga allotee, tapos ayos yung mga kasama mong mga tao, pwede na yung nga lang dapat taas sila ng sweldo at dapat may program yung mga tao nila yung rotation.. so ok na sa akin yun..

kung magdidiperensiya lang naman sir ng 500 dollars ok na kaso kung 1k medyo nakakabago talaga yun ng isp..hehehe

ang tagal ko na pong tapos yung mga requirements ko as 3rd Engineer Officer pero ayaw nila ng cadet to 3rd. gusto nila ng experienced 3rd or from ratings to 3rd.

pero ganun talaga, xmpre adami pa tayo dapat ma222nan...(wag lang 1 year na cadetship ulit ha...langya namn talaga pag ganun katagal...)

sir,bok, at mga dux

hehehe, eh yung case na walang isang salita yung company kahit may pirmahang naganap... sabi nga nila, naka black and white na ang usapan di pa rin nasunod.. at isa pang case... pinopropomote ka na sa barko biglang may kulang ka sa documents mo at hindi DAW mailakad ng opis.. yan ay ang mga ilang bagay na talagang nakaka gripes tapos pag nilayasan, dux pa ang masama... dapat na bang lumipat o dapat ka pa bang maging loyal sa company mo na wala naman naibigay sayo kundi sama lang ng loob. pinag bigayn mo ng isang beses, dalawa at inulit pa... hay, narinig ko sa mga ilang veteranong seaman, "kailangan ka lng ng company pag napapakinabangan ka lng nila pero pag hindi na, ewan ko lng kung hindi ka nila pahirapan pablik balikin sa opisina hangang sa mag sawa ka na sa kakareport sa kanila..." pero, siguro nmn ay may iba pa rin company dyan na maayos din... nag titiwala kaagad kahit galing ka pa ng ibang company... patay, ala na ako maisip na kasunod.. hahaha... pero ano man ang mangyari, survivor pa rin di ba... focus lang sa ating mga goals at dreams bandang huli, dun din ang tungo natin... SUCESS...

Ya dux,kaya nga we can only depend on each other.

ang mahirap kasi kasama kami sa program nila and ang provisions ng Cadetship Program nila ay Officer kami kapag sumakay. may junior naman pero nilalakad(which is dapat naman)na overlapping then promotion onboard sabi mo nga kung isang buong taong kadete nanaman e ibang usapan na yun U7@#&Y@ talaga. sabi nga sa akin kahit loyal ka sa company mo ang tanong lang naman e loyal ba ang company sayo? HAAY KAMOTENG PINATUYO AT BINALATAN.

sir, mam, mga dux
pra sa mga newly grad, ung cnsabi nyong one year na cadet, dumaan din ako jan.. and kahit ung ibang classmates ko.. marami smin ung gnun, kahit cgro sa mga seniors ntin na 03 and 04, but look at them now.. most of them are officers, and if not, sucessful nmn sa pgbabarko.. all of us were trained sa academy with all the theories and some practical knowledges.. alam ko, sumakay na rin kau ng barko, nung cadetship nyo (2CL year), but ask yourself mga dux, kaya mo na ba umakto?.. gamit ang license mong hawak?..
im currently onboard as 3m, 2nd contract ko na.. pro pkiramdam ko, ang dami ko pa dapat malaman..
sbi nga skin ng isang senior ntin from 03, hindi nmn sa licencya yan na hawak mo, nsa nalalaman yan.. kahit nb pde na ung license mo na 2M/3E kung di mo pa rin nmn kaya at di pa sapat ang experience mo, better to go onboard sa position na alam mong matututunan mo dapt mong malaman.. (prang sa kanta ng APO hiking society)
kahit na hawak mo na license mo, pro hindi pa sapat ang nalalaman mo, believe me.. mahirap umakto ng di sapat ang alam mo.. experience is the best teacher..
sa paglipat nmn ng company, marunong ka lang makiramdam, at minsan gaya nga ng sbi ng iba, kung may desisyon kang gagawin sa buhay mo, panindigan mo un..
honestly, pang apat na barko ko na to, pro lagi ako ngjjoin sa iba't ibang company.. dat means, pangatlo ko na to.. cgro dahil na rin sa cnasabi na career wise kung bkit ganun.. but nevertheless, di nmn ako nagsisisi sa paglipat ng company at nakabuti nmn skin un.. that's all folks!
correct me if im wrong mga dux.. ok lang yun! mabuhay tayong lahat!
