CAR AT HOUSING LOAN
Interested to have a car or a house or both now but dont have enough funds yet?? well, here's the way...Avail the BPI auto and housing loan...guaranteed less interest rate compared to dealer...all you have to do is submit your name, the downpayment you can give, the unit or the house you want to buy and the term of payment...BPI will give you the whole details within 2-3 days after your submission..then,you decide whether you want to avail or not...nothing to lose...magkaka-idea ka pa...you can actually use that as a reference pag gusto mong sa iba na lang kumuha...i suggest na dont ever talk to a dealer regarding the unit or the financing they offer...better deal with a bank first bago ka pumunta at magtanong sa dealer..for more deatails, call BPI-greenhills missouri branch at 722-1070 or 722-8747...look for ANA Apachecha

Why choose banks, especially BPI?
hindi pag-ibig ang kasagutan kabayan!
a lot of people think na pag-ibig ang best sa interest rate sa housing
edi nawalan ng kita ang mga banko
at saka up to 2M lang pwede mo loan sa pag-ibig
mas mahabang payment terms ng pag-ibig mean mas malaki total amount ng interest na maibabayad mo
banks offer same rate as pag-ibig at 10.5% for 5 years and 11.25% for 10 years and you can borrow more than 2M depending on your earning capacity
sa bpi, bank managers can offer a special interest rate like 10.25% para sa 5 years instead of 10.5%
kaya mga bok, do whatever you like pero huwag lang kayo mag in-house financing kasi usually 18% dun, madali maaprove sa in house pero yun nga mataas interest, tiyagain nyo na proceso sa banko.
exception to above is BDO na may sarili nang real estate business kaya to encourage the sale of their developments, they offer in-house financing at 5% for 5 years...mababa pa kesa sa car loan...if i had just known this earlier.
too good? kasi may catch, if you won't be able to pay within 5 years, everything from the beginning will be recalculated at regular interest rates which is yun nga 10.5% for 5 years and 11.25% for 10 years
banks talaga the best, they have to be kasi kailangan nila kumita.
pero why bpi? convenience mga bok, with the number of branches plus their excellent bpiexpressonline where you can perform all banking transactions like paying your credit card and utility bills pati home loan, transfer funds from different accounts -all in one place...so easy!

pagibig
sir mga dux,,share ko lang, kasi sa pagibig...you can loan up to 5m...thats according sa pop nila,(pilipino overseas program)...it depends sa monthly mo,,,20 dollars per month,,2m,30 dollars per month 3m,40 dollars per month 4m,50 dollars per month 5m....and its a savings, hindi ito bangko na mawawala ang contribution mo,,,parang sa mga norwegian vessels, merong storbrand ryt?...para sa impormasyon ng nakararami,,,wag kayo uutang sa pagibig yung sa normal nilang loan application,,,,ask for the pop program for ofw...meron silang payoff, like sa mga sasakyan,,,,pwede kamaghulog anytime na may pera ka and the interest wll drop, depends sa hinulog mo....try to go to seminars sa mga pagibig offices,,papaliwanag nila sa inyo paano,,,nga pala,,,hindi sya pwede sa car loan,,,pero may paraan,,yung kasama ko kasi, nakapagloan sya ng 350k for a car na gusto nyang bilin, pero dahil nga hindi pwede ang car loan,,nilagay sa housing loan, pero pagkabigay ng cheke sa kanya, ayun sabi ng taga pagibig, say na bahala dun,,tapos mababa lang interest, hindi lang ako sure, mag seseminar na ako para sa loan ko sa pagibig for my house..bale 3 hati ang cheke na bibigay nila,,,,yung unang cheke, dapat may makita silang pundasyon, then second check, dapat may improvement, tapos yung huling check, bahal ka na kung anu gusto mo gawin dun....it depends reaaly sayo...
sa bdo,,nagtry ako magtanong nung kukuha ako ng sasakyan, they give a low interest, pero sa 20 % dp,mahihirapan ka kasi wala yung mga binibigay ng dealer like mga freebies, saka as in babayaran mo lahat,,,kinompute ko parang ganun din suma total....ang prefer ko nun eh yung toyota innova...kinompute ko sa dealer at sa bdo bank, halos pareho din sa 5 years, minus sa bank walang mga freebies....share ko lang by my experience....ingat mga dux,,happy shopping for houses and cars...

boring talaga magbasa
checked pop at website up to 3m na ngayon at 11.25% 2m is still 10.5%
HDMF circular effective 1 april 2009 click the link below:
http://www.pagibigfund.gov.ph/pop/HL/HDMF%20Circular%20247.pdf
ano yun di sila nag-uupdate ng website? paki-cite source mo
iba ang POP Housing Loan sa POP Savings Program so don't be confused
here's POP Saving Program:
"Required Monthly Savings for OFW POP
For gross monthly income of US$ 1000 and below, the required monthly savings is US$ 20; for over US$ 1000 to US$ 2000, US$ 40; and for over US$ 2000, US$ 50.00
Prominent features of OFW POP:
The Philippine government guarantees the POP. It is tax-free interest earnings with fixed interest rate of 7.5 percent annually for peso savings and 3 percent for US dollar savings. It is portable, which means it applies even if a member changes employer and/or country of work."
so yun ang sinasabi mong 20, 30, 40, 50 USD per month...savings na walang interest at government insured
iba rin ang housing loan sa multi-purpose loan na up to 500k lang yata
"meron silang payoff, like sa mga sasakyan,,,,pwede kamaghulog anytime na may pera ka and the interest wll drop, depends sa hinulog mo" ---banks also do that
tsaka premier gated communities (read:high end,class,ultra-posh,bagay sa seaman) do not accept financing by pag-ibig
bpi has a partnership with ayala land so mabilis processing. try pag-ibig...take ages.
try mo trace ang thread na ito and the original purpose is to endorse mrs. apachecha who works at bpi. ayy!
kwento ka nalang after your seminar sa pag-ibig, see you soon! see posters and print ads for details.

All good! Great candor! Love it!
All good! Great candor! Love it!
Carry on and spread the good ways taught by our alma mater especially on assertiveness.
In doing so, you'll find that the road may be rough pero who said the path to righteousness is easy?
Continue to mind your manners as you stand and fight for what you believe is right.
All the best to those who continue the long blue line.
