Yes, there is. mas mababa ung interest compared to dealer by more or less 3%..

this is what we will do first..give me your full name,the unit you want to avail,the downpayment you can give,and the term payment you want,kung ilang years gusto mong bayaran..tapos sample computation will be forwarded to you afterwards..yun lang daw bok..

mas malaki yung chance ma-approve pag me previous loan...basta maganda yung status mo sa previous loan,yung laging on time sa pagbabayd..submit ka muna requirement tapos tsaka mag-isip..para makita mo lang computation..name lang,unit,tsaka term yung kailangan malaman...

let's say... 1.6M yung house and lot (2nd owner) direct buy from the owner. mag down ako ng 100K tapos 5 year terms. paki calculate nga...
