sir, you will only gain merit per one Merit Source. For example: Admin Announcement = Ranking System: Gain 1 merit. No matter how many comments you put in Admin Announcement titled Ranking System, you will only gain maximum of one merit.

you already gained your merit in this admin announcement, therefore, you won't gain any more merits from this topic.
