mga dux inform nyo nman ako how to secure seamans book and ano mga requirement for those na alang experience and nde maritime related ang course...

kailangan hijo ng bsc with pssr and saka ung letter ng company na tatangapin siya so that maiprocess ang sirb

Yes sir you need BSC w/ PSSR. I think you need also letter for coy stated that he/she is a crew of the company.
Based on my experience, you need to authenticate the certificate BSC w PSSR, also conducted in MARINA. If you want to process SIRB, you need to go to the MARINA and secure application form, in the application form theres a allocated date when you are going to process your papers.
