Actually we already organized a group that can provide opportunity in excellence in financial growth, security and independence through a widespread practical and effective financial literacy, training and management.

ayus. can your group purchase the CASHFLOW game? or meron ba kayong PC version? kung wala, kaya na ba ng group nyo magpurchase sa net?

mas maganda yata maliban sa training/seminars, try din din mag-laro non. can your group organize it?

Tama sir miko, mas maganda kung may board games para maaply at ma practice ung financial literacy ng participants sa seminar. I hope you can organize this.

hmmm kung investing sir try nyo po magopen ng trustfund account sa BPI... sa Makati ako sir nagopen maganda kasi sila na nagooffer ng management financial advises plus they can figure out what is the suitable investment for an individual depende sa risk na gustong itake ng client... pwede ring stock broker yung bank and agent din sila ng government bonds which is considered safe kasi daming nagsasara na bangko ngaun sir. Nga pala I suggest BPI as of the moment kasi sound po yung market practices nila and as an evidence sila lang po yung walang exposure sa Lehman Brothers...

sa mga condos pala sir may leak po sa kin na marami pong magbebenta ng units by the second semester kasi hindi na nila kayang bayaran because of the crisis, yun nga lang mga sirs although considered an asset eh hindi naman kaagad na liliquidate yung condo pagkailangan agad ng pera...

Yup BPI bank q ever since kc yan tlga mtatag since supported nating mga marino at ofws.

If may pambili nga lang ng maraming condo units i'd be in a buying spree na, then would resell after a few years. Now currently having a feasibility studies sa 3 posibleng business opportunities here.
